Wow, interesting screen! Is that really stock Atlantica or is it a mod?

Judging by the replay angle, I think it's Atlantica Neo by Zacabeb.

The street markings support that theory. Interesting screen, esp. because I don't know the car...

The car is a Chevrolet Monza... It´s the brazilian version of the Opel Ascona:
