  Looks like Underground 2, the E92 BMW obviously being a usermade mod car, but I don't know who the author is (or what it's converted from)

  Yup, it's NFSU2. The car is BMW M2 Coupe (F22), converted from Racing Rivals (a mobile drag racing game) by GM25/GIMBUS, a Polish modder.

  HS may be old, but it's still an amazing game. I post this U2 shot just add some variations for the SOTD.
  And yeah, why PC version of HS doesn't have wheels reflections like the PSX version is such an odd design choice.
