Named "Porsche 99X Andretti Formula E Team" in-game, and the cops will call it "Porsche", despite having the Andretti Brand. It will have the same usage as the Gen3 EVO & the other Formula E Teams
Way back in May/June 2025, this is the Formula E Team that was appeared in Team Showdown Event, and won against 3 other Formula E Teams, in terms of Team usage. On July 2025, the Formula E returns for Andretti finale, Coincided with the London ePrix. Its Andretti livery can be obtained for all players, by finishing the race. It visits the NFS Undercover PS2 garage as 3rd car after Drako GTE
It will be planned for release, as part of Formula E Gen3 EVO Teams pack, sometime in the future.
