It is within the realm of possibility. The difficulty (shared with the Aston Bulldog and the Vector W2) lies in the need for a closed popup light part in CAR.FCE. The use of the convertible top isn't really satisfying.
It is possible to make closed headlight covers invisible with the lights on via the ":ODL"-part overlapping it. Just take a look how it can be done at this Jaguar XJ220:
