NFSUC with Japanese voice mod. Using audio files from PC and PS3 version.

All the character sounds are also JP Voice actor

they change voice on file SPEECH

there's also has a video to review before you install the SPEECH mod

Installation:

all you have to do is , just copy "SOUND" and paste on the NFSUC directory file and click "replace if they ask replace folder"
