Hi folks,

thanks for downloading the Audi 200 V8 DTM, DTM means Deutsche Tourenwagen Meisterschaft (German Touringcar Championship). The car is painted in the original racing-colors of the 1991 season. I edited the textures, the mesh, the handling, the sound and the dash (which isn't finished yet and will be done in the next update). There's also a VidWall included.

The damage is similar to the one of Felixx's GT3, breaking lights etc.

You can change the colour of the stripe above the windscreen, which will also affect the stripe on the headlights.

The car has 4WD, which gives a great feeling while driving (The 4WD doesn't work good on my rally track anyhow). I've also tried to remove those handbrake-like effect when breaking while turning, now it should be a little bit more realistic.

I decided to build this car when I found an old magazine from 1991 including some pictures and informations about this car.

Next update will probably contain the finished dash and modeled exhaust pipes. Maybe, if I have enough time, I'll unmirror the car, but that's a lot of work.

Installation:

-First search for your NFS:HS directory.

-In your NFS:HS directory go to the directory "\data\cars", there you'll find the directories of all cars.

-Create a new directory, called "DTMA", or what you like.

-Extract the car.viv file in this directory.
