This track is Cervinia, this is a modified version of Summit that I made in a so wild way, with so much snow accumulated on the way. The entire track looks like a large pathway full of snow. To install it put "trk007" folder that you find in the downloaded Zip file into "C:Program FilesElectronic ArtsNfs3Nfs3GamedataTracks" and replace the existing one. You are allowed to create a project using as a base my track but please give me credit.
