Welcome to NFS Carbon RE-BaKeD!
This mod aims to change the lighting and add some color for ARCHIE's carbon sunrise and it's my first mod so I hope you enjoy. : )
First make sure you have sunrise installed for this mod to work you can find it below.

What's changed?
I've tweaked a number of things in this preset such as
Sunrise and sunset timings
World light timings
World lighting and shading
A lot of the colors have been tweaked too
Rainy weather has now been changed for all times

Ok so as I was testing the new preset I realized it looked a lot better in W2C so if you want to you can install the W2C map below and there is a video by KryZee on how to install it for redux

What's changed:
- I tweaked some colors for the day time just a little bit but I don't think anyone will notice a difference.
-I've also changed the way dusk and dawn looks, I wasn't too satisfied with it looked before so I changed it. -

Hotfix and small adjustments update:
-I adjusted the dawn lighting to be a little less brown, it was a little too much for me.
-I adjusted the cars lighting to be a little darker when it rains because as I was playing it was a little too bright.
-The colors of the day time have been tweaked slightly but it looks the same as before just a little less dark. -

Making this mod has taught me a lesson ALWAYS TEST, I've fixed a few things for the ReBaKeD presets if you've encountered a very red dusk sky I fixed it......hopefully, and again I'm srry for the runaround.
-sunrise timing was changed a little
-moonrise brightness was fixed
-moonset brightness was also fixed -

Hotfix update: I changed the fog colors for the night and dawn a little bit so it won't be too bright.
Also sorry about the file size being too big that's my bad, I made it a little smaller now. -

Did you mean sunrise.ini? Because I think the sunset.ini is for the most wanted sunset mod, if it is Carbon I haven't run into this issue myself.
Did you install Carbon sunrise correctly? If so it should've worked easily, idk when I have time I'll check.
I was just testing it in the vanilla Carbon and it seems to be working, also about the road detail scale it's just something from Carbon Redux and there are a lot other stuff I added to the .ini for the lighting colors to be different, maybe you have a mod conflicting with the .ini idk.
What you could do is change the UpdateRate in the sunrise.ini, higher numbers make the time advance faster.
You could also go into the video settings or install the camera tool kit as these allow you to change to the time manually.
Seems to be working? You mean the the cycle day and night is working automatically?
I will try again later after my work. This live reload does it need to be turn on?
