The good thing with the PS1 mod put out by Garage though is that you can have each cop car be different vs having to have the same ones over and over just with different paint jobs, You don't have to use the crappy PS1 vehicles either but replacing them is a bit tricky since the names for them all  changed, Maybe someday Pete will update the mod to make replacing them the same as with the PC default design.

I don't understand what's the benefit from using his modified executables. What i've noticed so far is that he's made use of the :OND part and simply renamed it and he's made the ingame menus in a way that there is no driver. But i don't understand the part about the police vehicles.. If you want random police cars, just use the GST Editor which is better anyway than anything else
