  It looks like NFS3, that's true. Meant to be a teaser screen.  :P

  
  

  However, this is indeed for High Stakes. It's a modified version of GatoJose's LM002, complete with LODs from rata_536's mod.

  Edit: I also made updates to GatoJose's non-cop original LM002. it now features a damage model and LODs as well.

    Thanks. I wish to stay faithful to the PS1 model, which only has a blue light siren. 

    I should also add that I did not make national cop skins for it.
