  "JDM" Absolutely correct.

  This has to be a unique showroom, I am also impressed by the lighting and the change of HUD, the texts and boxes look like it's from another game.  Funny I thought it was a new map at image 16, it's probably texture edit, perhaps TexMod I may guess.
