Added the cross car texture on the heat x5 pursuit car and edited the colors to blue and white instead.

INSTALLATION

1. Open .rar file

2. Move the COPSPORTHENCH folder into the ADDONS/CARS_REPLACE folder

3. Enjoy the new textures
