Bif B's Russian vehicles were quite high quality at that time they were released (compared to Strik's and krupnfs' cars)... Shame that they all used GTA mods as bases.

Instead of replacing Evo 8, I decided to recompile it with NFS-CarToolkit and turn it into addon. Addon version will be very unlikely to be released, considering the fact that this is not my mod and it was very likely converted from GTA mod. So the only link I will send is that of original ModLoader version.

Fun fact: this car used to replace SL500, but unfortunately the old version of it is considered as lost media.
