Installation:

Open GLOBALglobalb.lzc with NFSTexEd, look for ID 85 and replace it with the any of the files in the GLOBAL_globalb.lzc folder, then save
Open CARSWHEELStextures.bin with NFSTexEd, and replace the textures named after the files in the WHEELS_texture.bin folder, then save
Replace geometry_spinner.bin in CARSWHEELS with either size_multigeometry_spinner.bin (for multiple size wheels) or size_singlegeometry_spinner.bin (for single sized wheels -good for mod cars-)
