Open VLT-Ed and open the node pvehicle-default-cars-racers and select the node of the car for change the engine like this form
Toyota Supra-Lexus IS300: engineaudio:node 2,the lastest
Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII:Same as the Supra & IS300
Audi RS6,BMW M5 E60 & Toyota Chaser:Same as Supra & IS300
