An extensive renovation of Hometown, with new textures, a proper night version and some fixes.

- various KOF games

- and some scratch-made ones
- HS-spec night version (proper vertex lighting)
- Track geometry tweaked
- New replay cameras

The textures look very nice, it goes really well with Hometown. I really like the illuminated city at night. However, I do not know who the two waiting are.
