A command line utility for editing car data in Need for Speed 4: High Stakes (NFS 4: HS).

This specialized utility provides a convenient way to view, modify, and save the internal text data stored in car configuration files (car.viv).

I originally made it while testing support for more than 49 cars in the game.

I needed a quick way to check for duplicate serial numbers, see which cars the game should recognize, and view their names.

Key features:

- CLI interface

- Update fedata for all languages at once

- Quickly scan the CARS folder for duplicate serial numbers

- Quickly edit fedata

- Export and import data in JSON format
