It seems to be my program, but it's not my setup. I must have forgotten to upload it here. It's an old Visual Basic program that I haven't worked on for ages. My last version is 1.0.36. I now use the T3ED functions to change the visibility data.
I'll upload it anyway if anyone wants it.
