I always found the default snowflakes to be too large. Some flakes are bigger than the driver's head, lol.

This a new snow precipitation texture that decreases the max size of the snowflake. This texture is found inside the weather.fsh under filename '0005.bmp'. 

In my opinion, this texture looks best with higher detail cars, hi-resolution snow tracks (i.e. Madman's Snowy Ridge, AJ_Lethal's Country Woods), and especially if you use shaders for cool effects, (like ReShade).

Only the snow precipitation texture is altered. All other textures such as the raindrop, windshield rain splash, and windshield snow splatter are untouched/EA default.

To install, first make a backup of your 'weather.fsh' file, found in 'NFS High Stakes Directory/Data/GameArt.' Then replace with this new weather.fsh file.
