  If I remember well, J.C.O.C. is the one who converted the Toyota Celica that Stecki made for Racer, to NFS HS. The car used to be on the NFSgarage before the crash of December '01.
  Both JCOC and Stecki are properly being credited in the readme - to avoid any mistakes.
