  Yeah, the policecarwebsite does not like hot-linking, never has.
  
  Anyway... seems like all their CVPIs have this bar, whether they're K9, supervisor or just regular units. I don't think I have seen such markings on other CA cruisers, so it must be something locally relevant. Or it's a solar panel :D

  the K-9 dog so he won't keep Sliding, over the Top.

  @XJ220, I don't know, It's an exact replica of a Huntingtonbeach Police CVPI. The real one has the same rectangle.
