  I tell yeah, we cant even take a Strool around town with out the Local Cops Giving Tickets! They must be down on there Quota's now days,? :}

  I remember when Iowa State Police only had red lights..When did they go to red/blue?

  Since the color of the Cars has changed from black to grey, most of the cars went the lightbar to red/blue.

  Well when I recall the Iowa State Police I think about gold color cars with red lightbars like here: Link When did they use black cars?
