It's called Town & Country and was made by Paul E L
Reason I hesitated to upload it is because it actually isn't that interesting to drive (IMO) as it seems Paul was more focusing on the scenery than the track layout with long straights and right angle corners. But perhaps I should just let people decide for themselves if they like it or notAt this point users want custom tracks just to race on them, instead of take in the scenery.
I join the others in wanting to drive on these old / unreleased tracks.
