Replaces Cobalt SS in ModLoader

XName = AT96


Named "Techrules AT96 Track Version" in-game. Unlike most electric cars, it uses a multi-fuel aviation turbine to charge the batteries. It will have 1-Gear Transmission in Addon Version, & it's out now in Downloads section
