The 03+ has 2 bodykits, 2 custom spoilers & 2 hoods. In June 2019, the performance version Lynk & Co 03+ was launched, powered with by a 2-liter turbocharged petrol engine with a power output of 254 hp (189 kW; 258 PS) & 350 N⋅m (258 lb⋅ft) of torque. In August 2021, a special edition named "Cyan Edition" was launched

It was appeared in few games such as Forza Horizon 5, Forza Motorsport & Racing Master. The 03+ visits the MW 2005 Backroom Garage for the first time, there will be more to come for Backroom Garage in the near future
