The 03+ has 2 bodykits, 2 custom spoilers & 2 hoods. In June 2019, the performance version Lynk & Co 03+ was launched, powered with by a 2-liter turbocharged petrol engine with a power output of 254 hp (189 kW; 258 PS) & 350 N⋅m (258 lb⋅ft) of torque. In August 2021, a special edition named "Cyan Edition" was launched

It was appeared in few games such as Forza Horizon 5, Forza Motorsport & Racing Master. The 03+ visits the MW 2005 Backroom Garage for the first time, there will be more to come for Backroom Garage in the near future. It only visits Backstreet Garage for few customization samples
