1st NFS UG ingame footage!

General NFS, High Stakes

Again our friends at ND4SPDWorld are the first to bring us more NFS Underground news (and merci to NfsWill for bringing it to our attention, heh). Yesterday, they reported that Fragland.net Went to the E3 in Los Angeles and were able to videotape an early build of NFS Underground in action. These are the first moving images ever of NFS UG (and with sound), and thankfully ND4SPDworld mirrored the big (27 mb) movie on their own site; get it here.
Image quality is quite dark, probably easier to see in the evening with the lights turned off, heh.
Shock Discovery: at one point we see a poster on the wall with the words "NFS GARAGE" on it...! O.O
(why were we not informed of this, hehe... sue them, Mike! ^_^)

On another note, I would like to apologize for the fact that there have been so few updates from me in the last few weeks. It's just that I have very little time lately to play NFS4 because of other things, and I don't want to put any cars or other files on the site that I haven't been able to try out myself. Please don't think I'm turning my back on the site, because I hope to have it all behind me soon so I can devote more time to NFS4 again. Thanks to everyone who continues to visit here and upload their NFS additions.

the physics need help. if you get loose in your car at 130 mph, you will spin hard. one thing good though, it really gives you the feel that you are going 130 mph, something a lot of other games are heavily lacking in - that is a (+) plus about this game, only one so far...

yeah, well, the game looks good, but it's still got it's bugs, and I do like the speed aspect they give you, I just do not agree with the whole promotion of street racing, that really bothers me. I could go on for a week on that subject.

I live in a Two Stop Light Small Hick Town,we dont have a Street Drag Racing Problem here lol ;)
But i Could see Orlando, Fla.
Having a Problem with Young "Rich" Punk Teen's That there Parent Get them those Car's and Help pay there Payment's etc.

Live's Can be Lost in all that Drug Infested, Gang Related Type Stuff. So i see your Point Jeff.

But i only think of this Game as a Pc Game that i want to play some day? N/p :}

And Remko, you need to stop apologizing for not updating. You're keeping the site alive, I need to get testing some more cars soon too.

Thanks Mike. It's just that I felt I hould say something because I was afraid people might stop coming back here if the lack of updates by me would go on much longer. Thankfully editors are still submitting their own work.

Jeff, i see your view on promoting 'street racing'. Altho i am a spectator at some of these events around here ;), its not always the racing that makes it illegal. Normally the drivers etc are some of the nicest guys around, its just some of the spectators who pitch up and ruin the event by bringing the drugs etc....
