I upgraded PHP and Apache on the server this afternoon, and it appears to have broken the download links... I am working on getting those going again. So don't worry, site isn't hacked or closing :)

UPDATE: All fixed!

    Everything should be good now. Just had to re-build Apache/PHP on the server :)
