New car rating system

I tweaked the car rating system a little bit tonight. The first change is that you no longer have to be logged in to rate a car. You can still only rate once though, even if you are logged out. If this setup gets abused, I will disable the guest ratings.
Also, I changed the way rating works, and implemented a more "netflix-style" rating system. No more drop-down menu. Just rollover the stars and click to place your vote.

So far, this only works for the add-on cars for NFS3-6, right? Plan to do this for the showroom too?
