- Updated Oct. 1st-

That's right, EA's Australian NFS Underground site had officially announced the release date for the NFSU PC demo on the main page as October 6th (next Monday), however, today it has been changed to: "Late October". Even the Countdown Clock has been reset, at the time of writing indicating at least 25 more days to wait - instead of 5 like it said yesterday. :(
I guess an 'Oh well' would be in order here.
There is also some more detailed info on the game's online features, such as ranking, stats, etc.

Phew, I've no idea... The NFS HP2 demo was 92 mb in size, so I expect the NfsU one to be in the same area.

What strikes me, is that there's still quite some time between this demo and the suggested release dates of the full game (around November 20) that's almost a month and a half. I'm trying not to get my hopes up about EA possibly taking reactions to the demo into account for the full game, but it did cross my mind...

The demo has unfortunately been pushed back to late october. Let's hope the game itself is still on schedule.

I knew EA would change it as soon as I had finished making this newspost.
They'd do anything to make me look silly. Bah.
