10 new NFSU movies and preview on IGN

IGN.com Today posted the first story of a two-part preview of NFS Underground, focusing on the aspects of 'tuning' in the game. The story is illustrated with a handful of new screens, but more interesting are the 10 new video clips that are free for everyone (not just Insider-only, thankfully) to stream or download. The first 6 clips show a Skyline taking part in a dragrace, then later zooming over one of the circuit tracks. These clips give a better idea of the visual quality of the game than the 'handy-cam' videos we've seen so far. The last 4 movies are worth viewing because they show us how the process of body modification (rims, lights, spoilers) in the game will look. More on this perhaps tomorrow. (source: Nd4spdworld.)

In other news, newly added tracks for both NFS4 and NFS6 will from now on be shown on the Latest Additions List. Cool.

UPDATE: Part 2 of IGNs preview on NFSU: Modification is now available here. This time the article fouses on Performance Tuning. Again, there are new screens and movies, but to be honest, they're not all that different from the first batch.
