A patch that disables Collisions in Online mode, and makes a number of adjustments to Online Menus.

Patch not also modifies texts in Menu, but also ignores e-mail request when registering. And disables unnecessary question box "Do you wish to use this car?" in car selection.

Collision Off patch is the same patch I made in 2022. No change. Cars will not collide with each other (like ghost). Also even includes passing through objects. So it's not perfect. But it's done good job so far.

Note: This patch is only for Online. If you're going to use for Underground or Quick Race modes, it will not work.
