All Racer cars have been brought to the Cops side and upgraded fully (maxed out) according to the vanilla game balance.

The sole goal of this mod is to eliminate the annoyance of trying to cruise with the Racer cars and being chased for simply existing. There is limited Cop functionality for the Racer cars, if you're looking to harrass AI Racers with this mod, look elsewhere.

Customization is that of the Cops side so you cannot access the Personalization submenu - however, the previously made customization stays.

Frosty Mod Manager required for mod installation, I assume you know how to use it.

I'm not trying more mods to confirm their compatibility with this one. They should be compatible as long as they don't change the same vehicle attributes.

Do create a backup of your save prior to trying this.
