E ai Leandro tranquilo, teoricamente não haveria problemas, porém como você está utilizando modloader ele pode ter alguma configuração que sobrescreve o código que fiz quando ele inicia entende.
Se você me dizer qual modloader está usando posso criar algo para modscript sem problemas.
