This is a 100% savegame I finished a while ago and just got back into to upgrade some cars and round up some milestones. It includes:

Full 100% completion (Career / Challenge Series / Rap Sheet)
50 million bounty
200 evaded pursuits / 0 busted
Untouched M3 GTR

All 14 Junkman parts divided into four cars:

Clio V6 (all 6 parts)
Murciélago (Transmission, Suspension, Tires, Turbo)
Fiat Punto (Suspension, Tires, Turbo)
Porsche Cayman S (Baron's) (Turbo)

Burger King challenge complete (Junkman parts in Quick Race)

This save was done in a vanilla black edition (except for Widescreen Fix and MWFixes) and the only exploits used were the bus station trick for the 30 minute pursuit (the only rap sheet milestone missing in the top pursuit, as game kept infamously crashing after those long pursuits) and perhaps the "restart race to skip pursuit" trick (not really sure if I did, I use this one to get 100% with the minimum 17 pursuits), plus a lot of 10 second pursuits to grind 500 infractions. Hardest part was indeed the Challenge Series time trials which I'll probably never want to suffer through again.
