It improves the game's looks and performance, and introduces new, lore-friendly content.

ROR Story, including 16th Blacklist member Rog. New lore-friendly vehicles - Acura Integra Type R, Saleen S7 Twin Turbo, Bugatti Veyron 16.4, McLaren F1, BMW M3 E46, and more. Added additional customization parts for most vanilla vehicles. Harder pursuits from heat level 1 all the way to 10. Harder racer AI in Career, Challenge Series, and Quick Race races. Texture and model improvements for all vanilla vehicles.

1. Drag the mod files to the main vanilla game folder.
2. Run the game.

Just a little bit advice: upload your mods that are over 4GB somewhere else than MEGA due to the fact that afaik 4GB is the download limit for anyone who has no paid MEGA account. You gotta pick an alternative, such as MediaFire or Google Drive, as long as you have enough space on such services for this mod pack.
