Hyundai Coupe FX (AKA Tiburon) (2003-2004) Addon for NFS MW
Requirements:
-This mod is only compatible with Unlimiter V4.0.1 or higher, Vlt-Ed 4.6 or higher /OGVI 1.4 or higher.
-Also you need Binary 2.8.3 or higher for the mod to work properly.

How to install:
---------------BACKUP YOUR GAME FILES BEFORE INSTALLING MODS!-------------------
You will need the latest version of Binary and Vlt-Ed (or OGVI)
(If you see "already exists" error in any installation process, ignore it.)
Step 1 : install Part 1 using binary (Save after install but don't run the game yet)
Step 2: install Part 2 using Vlt-Ed or OGVI (depends on your usage)
Step 3: Run the game and create new account.
Step 4: Create new Savegame, Enjoy.

I see. Try turning off Car Damage inside game Settings/Gameplay and see if that fixes it.

Well it's very strange! since there is backfaced normal for all parts(not only bodykits but also for base and etc..) it should have happened for all parts not only bumpers! also the thing is not visible from outside of the car! as shown here(red is the backfaced normals): https://imgur.com/Bt471FV
So I still believe it's the damages.
to fix it I highly recommend installing the mod on Vanilla game(not a modded one especially with visual mods)

Finally a good tiburon public mod.
I only have one criticism regarding "optimized dbmodelparts"
It's not optimized, far from it. An optimized dbmodelparts depends on a compact organization of the car parts, for example, grouping all the _RIGHT parts into _LEFT parts, the opposite also works, or grouping the _GLASS into the headlight or brakelight, or grouping all the WINDOW parts into the car's roof, which I think in your mod is BASE_A.
I believe that with just these adjustments, your dbmodelparts will have fewer than 200 parts.
You can also remove the DAMAGE; I did that on your mod and it ended up with fewer than 150 parts, but that's entirely optional, it's up to you.

I understand. For such EC mod 220 parts are good enough imo, much unnecessary stuff removed from its DBM.
I kept some of the parts, like _GLASS, _LEFT n _RIGHT as separate parts for two reason: 1-debugging. It's easier for me that way. 2-Future updates(like damagable Tail/Head lights which requires them to be LEFT+RIGHT)
For most parts, I used gto model as sample, and it had separate parts (unlike many other cars in the game), so I tried to sort parts in the same way.
I did optimize both parts and model. like one set of side damages and windows on model, also keeping roof parts as ATTACHMENT not BASE to prevent more window parts 6xroof.
So it was just a balance between DBM and debugging in this case.
Finally, as you said, it's definitely possible to minimize its parts count. The thing is, it requires the model to be modified as well.
