TRIBUTE FOR MiHaN:

I know you're still alive and I thought of how I can honor you lol. I still remember how I could hack 2 up levels (special moment!!!). I appreciate you gave me the file to upload it here. So I created this version as BiG ThanKs (again) for that and for giving us 5 bonus levels… Tribute for MiHaN.

Looks like RPD needs the five levels too. I think I could read your job as a double job! Double job requires a double agent to give us one time "Level 5 up to 10" (-already- confirmed in "lvl5upto7") to make it Epic for career (not available -yet-) or in gameplay against cops. And second time to expand the mission for Police of Rockport City! (GooD).

LEVEL 5 UP TO 10:

Now if I faced (as outlaw) pursuit Chevy C6R in lvl5, that wouldn't be the same if I did for lvl7! (HOW!?) Something is changed with no doubt but how about if I did it for lvl10.

Well, First I will think of how much time spend in pursuit from lvl5 getting away *in suffer* (in safe!?). Second I need to go on pursuit (then) as possible as I can. Third is which causes getting me busted if I failed… Yes, it results I will be more ALeRT in next time or I will turn it against the cops if I still using same stuffs (car, street/place/zone in Rockport city) when it's about to happen to me again. That means I sharpened my skills every time I got busted where no save for higher heat level 5!!! So playing like this all the day looks like I'm refreshing something *in me* or *in my game* as what ADDONS does.

Now I imagine if people was about to call the police for something, they will do with no respond! 'cuz some of them dialed Rside emergency numbers as "567"… Police will not receive it!!!!

And some of them did with Lside ones as "8910" (so again) no receiving for it either.

Of course I wish I was a modeler or a converter to bring something is more REAL but I'm still a modder. If one day comes I will do my best for you not just creating skin for pursuit cars.
