This is the Mercedes-Benz SLK 230 Kompressor. Based on the model from Gran Turismo (PSP) with parts from Forza Motorsport 4 and NFS: Most Wanted.
Replacement for: MERCEDES SLK 230
Features:

Installation:
- Open you Need for Speed: High Stakes directory;
- Copy the 'MSLK' folder to the folder "Data/Cars" and replace the original vehicle (make backup of the original folder);
- Run the game and select the desired vehicle.

Nice replacement.
To improve visuals (e.g. sharper grille or tail-lights), the texture-map placement could be optimized imo.
