Description

This was designed to replace EA's BMW M5. It has almost fully realistic performance (compared with EA's), slightly better handling than EA's, and is slightly better-looking (the rims change color, the rear taillights are clear, and the headlights are slightly tinted). The mesh is, in fact, EA M5's Stage 3 upgrade mesh. So yeah, download it and replace EA's with this one if you'd like, but if you aren't replacing EA's then the serial number is exactly the same as EA M5's.

    How's it's better looking I fail to see. Colour coded rims are not really beneficial to the overall...aw, dammit, the car's ugly and I don't like it.

    This was designed more of a CARP makeover, the exterior changes were added as an afterthought, as some people would say "how is it different from the stock EA?" and not download it. So yeah, I kinda added exterior mods as an additional incentive for some people to download it.

    I think the rims should be a standard chrome, lets the brilliant car down heaps. So yer 10/10 IF this was to change. Nice werk tho =o)

    I think the clear taillight covers kill it.
    I think the engine performance is really accurate, but the steering just kinda got thrown out of whack and is too slippery.

    needless to say, it was a great attempt, but I downloaded, installed, played and deleted it all rather quickly. :P

    Gleb: is there some secret way to defeat the governor to get it to go into 6th gear? ;)

    mecha, did you try using the manual transmission? Otherwise, if the speed is limited to 155 then it will only go to 155 at the gear that the gear ratios define. The gear ratios are exactly the BMW M5 ratios, so it uses only 5 gears due to the NFS physics. Plus, I think I might have exxagerated the redline a bit, and that might have added to the slight unrealistm.
