1) Create a new folder called "MEHT" in your "X:\NFSHS\Data\Cars"-directory.

2) Copy the "car.viv" to this new folder.

3) If contained in the zip-file, copy *.qfs to "X:\NFSHS\Data\FeArt\VidWall"!

This car has serial number 20 - the same as for standart EA's Chevrolet Camaro. So you need to backup your X:\NFSHS\Data\Cars\PCam and post "MEHT" folder instead

(after that you'll be able to examine yourself in escaping from serious Russian police armed with Kalashnikov mashine guns - it's funny... ;))).

Otherwise, you will get the serial number error. Anyway, you can get NFS Wizard by Jesper Juul-Mortensen and change the serial number of car as ya want.

Credits for baardk - we had to use a siren from his '77 Pursuit Ford LTD (Very nice car strongly recomended for downloading)

    I have made a more accurate update to this car, I changed the lightbar from just gumballs (even though they were still used on these) to a 1990's Coliton and removed the МИЛИЦИЯ on the hood cause after consulting a expert on Soviet/Russian Police vehicles he stated ДПС would have never had МИЛИЦИЯ on the hood.

      Yeap, I don't think I've seen police cars with "Милиция" written on the hood, they always had ДПС.


      As for lightbars, I think you are right, the ones bundled with the mod look kinda weird.
      Have you changed the sounds as well?

      Only good at modding the game's siren sounds, Not vehicle sounds, I only updated the lightbar and also went over the sides of the car real good cause some of the striping had gaps that was missmapped, Finally I replaced the door emblems with a more clearer version. Then I redid the wheels so they ain't just very dark Black..They look like real wheels now and have treads.
