  The lightbar flashes like that from a modified sfx file I think it is. The file should be included with the car. I also agree, it makes them look much better.

  There is a SFX.fsh fil ein the .zip file, but it's an older version than the one you can download here at NFSgarage. It's ment to give better light and dusteffects, but I think the one here at NFSGarage that gives you new dust, snow, water etc. is much better - the lightbars still moves slowly from side to side...;-)

  The lightbar will still move slowly. How fast it moves has nothing to do with the sfx file. The sfx file is just how it looks, along with other parts of the game. The light intensitys, flash options, placing, etc..are all in the car.fce.

  I think that the NFSGarage SFX file is better and I recommend everyone to get it.
  
  As for this car, I love it, it is an awesome EA replacement because it has good damage, looks good, and is not too high poly so it doesnt slow your pc.
