Smart Paint Blocker for NFS3

Description
Hey you! Yes, you! Have you ever got tired of running with the pace car and seeing all AI racers marked as green on the map? Did you ever crashed into the walls because you were looking for a green car, but they are all purple?
Have you ever wanted to just add one colour to the car, but then you have a custom colour option that you cannot see thru the livery anyway? If that's the case, then this patch is for you!
With this patch, you can set a car with one colour to block the colour button, and the colour droplist altogether, putting end to myeveryone's OCD!
To make use of this new feature is super easy, just add one colour to the .FCE file and set the transparency channel to 01. A program with numerical colour editing like NFS FCE Converter or CarCAD is recommended; others like FCE Finish will render this task impossible.
This is a xDelta patch, so installation is simple as running the delta patcher from this site (NFS3/TOOLS) and apply it to your NFS3 executable.Source code is available. The updated Pace Car is not included.

NFS4 has this feature built in, it's a flag set on FeData which is used for the bonus cars. NFSWizard does not show it tho cos it was unknown at that time, so you gotta hex edit it. In fact when AJ mentioned that I thought 'Why don't we have that?'
The address inside each FeData file, for NFS4, is the byte at 0x00037b, courtesy of AJ.
Great job!
