    This tool applies xdelta patches on anything you want. Delta patches are used commonly to share game modifications without needing to distribute the game itself. For example, to avoid piracy strikes on ROM hacks, or EXE level modifications.

    The sirens mod I've just uploaded, for example, I chose to upload it as patch rather than uploading the entire exe because 

    1) I cannot get in any possible trouble for sharing a copyrighted exe

    2) it can be applied to any version of the VEG patch you are using. For example, version 2017 in my end crashes when I use the built in screenshoter, and also crashes if I have a controller plugged in, so I use version 2016 instead. This format allows you to apply the patch on either 2016 or 2017version. Maybe (albeit I didn't test it) could also apply to vanilla because the area I used for it doesn't seem to have been NOPed by veg, but I did not test at all.

    bro this is just what i needed, thanks so much, the LF2 Patcher made decades ago somehow doesn't work, but this Delta Patcher does it's job!!

    Yeah this could simplify the way you deliver your patches collection for example, instead of shipping 50 different EXE combinations you can instead offer the indiviual modules. Just make sure to specify which ones are incompatible with others.
