First, download HD vinyl for nfs carbon, then install it
Second, replace any vinyls in precompvinyl file (i suggest replacing generic vinyl) by using latest nfstexed in cars folder
Third, make sure you have put extraoption script and enable debug customization
Fourth, run the game and modify your car through debug customization for the vinyl (choose generic vinyl group).
