Description
The Honda Civic is not present in Carbon except as an addon, so I brought back Samantha and TJ's Neko Racing/Junkman liveries for the Lexus IS 300 instead, so the vinyls are more accesible through a vanilla car. I couldn't find the original font for the "Neko Racing" text, but I think the one used is close enough.
Before installation, you need to take in consideration certain aspects:
*You need to have installed any mod that fix the IS 300, which restores all its bodykits and fix the vinyl display.
*The vinyls only fit the first bodykit, as you can see on the pictures.
*The vinyls are Generic (Precomp), so you need Extended Customization to use them.
I added the PNG variants in case you have problems with the DDS files, and a guide for manual installation.

In case someone prefers to stick with the vanilla cars, since addon cars sometimes have compatibility issues with some mods.
Something similar was done with Chad's vinyl. Being done for the Supra despite the presence of the Celica mod.
