    A very early screen from Motorcity Online - or to be more exact, Need For Speed Motorcity as it was still called when this preview screen came out (late 1999).

    Some of the cars pictured never made it to the release, such as the '70 Buick GSX in the corner.

    It looked like ''Mafia''.Sad MCO stopped I think I would have liked it.I wish for a ''Mafia'' style NFS

    I remember this project, too bad it never took off. I guess after this they decided muscle cars weren't the way to go, given the 3 latest NFS games

    I remember REALLY looking forward to NFS:MC back in late '99, then the switch to a Pay-to-play online-ONLY game really put me off. I tried the beta, even though it wasn't immediately sold, I would have liked to give it a chance. Sad that it was not to be.

    The '67 Camaro in MW Black Edition was a nice touch though, let's hope it's an indication for future releases...
