Description

A tool that facilitates and improves the process of creating vinyls!

-You can quickly read car vinyl files.

-You can easily convert a vinyl to all cars with just a few clicks (From one to another, not all at once... [for now])!

-Simple interface.

-Compatible with Underground 1, Underground 2, Most Wanted, Carbon, and ProStreet.

Credit to Johanzu for assisting me with the code for this tool.

Everything is ready, all that remains is to add compatibility with other games (UG, UG2, CARBON and PROSTREET).
In addition, I am still looking for a Russian translator to translate the programme.

That's right, although it will take a few weeks, working on the game files is quite complicated. Even so, I will do everything I can to finish this tool.

  That will never be possible, the vanilla cars in Most Wanted do not support that resolution, only some add-on cars.
  
  However, this application (in the future) will have programming to increase (through rescaling) the quality of the vinyls to 512x512.
  
  And, adding vinyls to the Custom category is done with Texed, by typing ‘CARNAME_CUSTOM01’ and ‘CARNAME_CUSTOM01_MASK’
  
  Before that, make sure you have unlimiter installed and the custom vinyls category enabled.

We have finished almost everything in the programme, but we are paused due to some errors.

Even so, it would be very helpful if a Russian and an English person could collaborate on translating the programme into those languages.
