  Is that a variant of IH8COPS' truck? I've got a very similar one (great for traffic btw), but it's a more recent version with rectangular headlights.

  The Nova is made by Venom... It´s a real classic addon from around 2001.

  Bingo on the Nova, it's pretty old.... in this picture I fiddled with the normals, though it still looks rough in places.
  
  The GMC was indeed built by IH8COPs for the Detroit Muscle mod for NFS4, it's a traffic car that was meant to replace the Knockout Truck, so it's pretty low-poly. I don't think it was ever released as a standalone mod.

  I once downloaded Detroit Muscle and ''stole'' some cars, I didn't pay attention to traffic cars.I would like to check that Pickup.

  Well, it's the only custom made traffic car I think - there was talk of creating a custom set in the very beginning, but it would have been a lot extra work and it all would have to stay very low-poly. The game engine is just that limited, sadly.
