    Declan never makes his car public because I guess it’s his choice, as no people are same. If you need one, just ask Declan. I usually don’t ask to have Declan’s cars in my car collection since most of them are converted from high poly GTA San Andreas mods.

    Even if you force him to give that car, he will only give them to you, right? If yes, then this looks very jealous on my side. I still wish Declan could share his cars to everyone else privately...

    I can't force him to give me, For example Honda S660. It doesn't work that way. I request cars to him that i want in the game, which no one would ever make, except maybe you Yochi. The E36 Compact you could've made in the future of course, but it's a car no one cares about, since it's only in Forza 7 and Horizon as a traffic car.
    
    Same thing also goes for Angel, he made me cars that he liked and shared them with me via email. Cars like Zonda HP Barchetta, LM Rally Fighter, VUHL 05RR Fighter etc. are private cars. But also, the Audi R8 Decennium, BMW M8 Competiton, Huracan STO were private cars too, but now they are uploaded on the site. Who knows, maybe Angel will do ALL the cars he made privately - public. Except maybe the CLA45 SB , what was gift for me. And maybe Rally fighter will stay unpublished.

    If you want to have this Lada, why not to try and convert it by yourself? Declan's mods are permanently private as far as I know.
