having a problem with light textures when i drive it

Hmm, really weird. Did you try to run the game vanilla? without any lighting/other mods.

Oh and btw do you use NFSMW Unlimiter / Extra Options?

These cars tend to be quite high poly, so body parts disappear if you don't expand game memory.
